		<description>It is truly unfortunate that the commitment to a high efficiency system is no longer recognized with a rebate.  In this environment where the temperature swings from -24F to 100F and given the current focus on &quot;green&quot; living, coupled with a tough economy...  I would hope this would be the time when dong the right thing would be important enough to warrant the benefit of a rebate.
From one temperature expert to another...  It is all about the temperature, and looking for ways to be efficient and effective is critical.
