We have finally seen an uptick in our New Home business. The Spring Preview is bringing out huge crowds and they are signing contracts to build. In fact, one Builder has told us that 11 contracts were signed just last weekend.
Obviously, this is GREAT NEWS for the Construction Industry and our economy. This means jobs and peace of mind for many unemployed construction workers, let’s hope this continues. But for now, Let’s Celebrate !!!

It is great to see that rebates from Xcel and Center Point have increased for 2010, when you purchase high efficiency furnaces and air conditioners from qualifying Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors. In addition, Programmable Setback Thermostats now qualify for an additional rebate, when added to a qualifying furnace purchase.
