CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Responsible for handling incoming calls and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction. While providing outstanding customer service is the primary function, duties also include service technician dispatch, office follow up, and associated paperwork including warranty processing.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills. Ability to learn and understand technical terminology. Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details. Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.

This position is needed in our Burnsville office location.

RESIDENTIAL SERVICE / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:

This technician performs field activities associated with maintaining and servicing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems at the customer site.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Performing on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.

Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty (NATE).
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • EPA certification required
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Complete pre-employment drug test and background check process
  • Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills
  • Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints
  • Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision
  • NATE certification a plus
  • Periodically ‘on call’ for service coverage

RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION INSTALLER:

This technician performs field activities associated with installing, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems at residential new construction sites.

Various Locations available around the Twin Cities Metro Area

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Using detailed company guidelines with on-site installations, check-out and repairs.
  • Perform on-site routine repair and calibration after installation.

Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
