This spring I called about an air conditioner. You had been to my house the previous fall and had given me a quote for an AC, so you were able to update the quote over the phone. The new quote was for a York AC, with a scroll compressor, and using the new coolant - a better unit than the one you quoted in the fall, but at the same price after $600 worth of discounts. You checked with the installation people and they were able to install the unit the same day.

This letter is simply to say "Thank you". Dealing with you and with Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning has been a very pleasant experience. And if there ever was a summer to appreciate an energy efficient, effective air conditioner, this would be the one. Thanks.

Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning has just completed the installation of a new Lennox heating and air conditioning system in our house. We think it's very important that you know how pleased we are with the installation. They guys were courteous, neat and more importantly very capable. They stayed and got the job done in one day, not quitting at 4:30, but staying until 7:30 and finishing.

The Burnsville inspectors came out yesterday and remarked how nice the installation was. We were impressed by those comments as they must see many jobs they'd like to criticize.
