We had a new furnace installed on Feb 3, 2014. Travis did an excellent job. He had been here in 2008 and installed a new Vanee air exchanger. Our dryer vent is in that area and had separated both times. Travis very nicely reattached and this year did a little extra piping. We were so grateful for his extra help as we are older and it is hard to get back in some of those small areas. He did a great job on both. I think the vent will last a long time, too. We highly recommend this company and they have excellent employees.

Dave and team, I just wanted to drop a note and let you know how pleased Yoko and I are with the service Ralph provided us. If you remember, we put a new system in last fall and we had an issue with a harmonic sound coming from the ECM motor area. Ralph came out and figured it out and issue resolved. We appreciated Ralph’s patients and listening skills. Ralph took his time and listened to Yoko’s and my concerns and took the proper action to diagnose the problem. He spent the proper time explaining to us what he was going to be doing to fix the problem along with fixing other minor issues he found. We felt he treated us like family and took the proper care and time to fix the issue like was his own equipment. Hats off again to the Burnsville Heating team. Thanks Ralph. I also enjoyed sharing our military experience and raising teenage boy conversation.

I’ve had Burnsville Heating & Air do my annual furnace cleaning and check for 11 years. They have been attentive to small issues that prevented larger, costlier repairs later. I’ve had one after-hours emergency repair on New Years Eve four years ago, and they were very responsive (note that the nature of the emergency was such that it could not have been predicted or prevented). The tech for this year’s check was Jon K. He was thorough, polite, and professional. Highly recommended!

I am writing to commend two of your employees for the excellent customer service.
I have been a customer of Burnsville Heating for over 10 years and while I have always been satisfied with the service provided, my recent experience was particularly noteworthy and I wanted you to know of it.
I called last week to schedule my regular fall maintenance and spoke with Gina in Service. Not only did she recognize my voice and call me by name (which she has done since after the 1st time I spoke with her years ago), but she helped me with information on a new maintenance agreement (my 10 year plan is expiring). She is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and always very pleasant.
Yesterday, Tom (‘young Tom’) came to do the fall maintenance. He performed all of the usual tasks plus he washed out the tubing from the Venmar, he cleaned the outside hood, and he thoroughly washed the Venmar filters. He carefully cleaned up and wiped up after his work. He welcomed my questions and provided information about the workings of equipment.
In my memory I have not ever had such thorough maintenance work done on my system and in the future I will ask for ‘young Tom’ to do the work in my home.
Congratulations on having these two fine employees. When I completed a recent survey for “Twin Cities Consumers’ Checkbook” I was happy to give Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning a top rating and this experience further Justifies that rating.

On the day of installation, I had the pleasure of meeting Travis and Shawn, Who installed my new furnace and A/C. These two gentlemen were also extremely helpful, polite, friendly, and very professional. They were knowledgeable and also insured any questions/concerns that I had were answered immediately and to my satisfaction. They completed the entire installation in just over 2 1/2 hours, even though I was allotted approximately 1/2 day. They both went way above and beyond my expectations. I am also commending Ben, from Rob’s Electric, who was also just great to work with. Everything about my installation was done in a very neat and timely manner, from beginning to end.
I truly believe in commending people who go out of their way to give excellent customer service, especially in this day and age.

I just want to take a moment to tell you how pleased we are with the new Bryant Furnace and Air Condition. Since it was installed in April, we have had a chance to experience both already this year. The 355 model is a very quiet and efficient model. I especially like the Zone System that you set up to separate our finished basement from the rest of the house. It was always very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. Now the temperature is regulated independently from the rest of the home and is a very nice place enjoy a movie.
What I was especially impressed with however was the professionalism and honesty of your staff. Dave Bachert did an excellent job at reviewing our home and then laying out several options for us to consider. He was very honest and forthright with what we needed and did not try to over sell a product we did not need. Travis and Colin were equally impressive and professional during the installation. They were very cordial and respectful of our home. Initially there was a problem with how to ventilate the furnace in that it would not work as originally planned. They however were persistent and continued to look for a viable solution that was agreeable to us. As it turned out, the final solution was even better than the first.
I am very happy both with the product as well as the staff at Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning. It is nice to see a company do so well with customer service and put such a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning.

This spring I called about an air conditioner. You had been to my house the previous fall and had given me a quote for an AC, so you were able to update the quote over the phone. The new quote was for a York AC, with a scroll compressor, and using the new coolant – a better unit than the one you quoted in the fall, but at the same price after $600 worth of discounts. You checked with the installation people and they were able to install the unit the same day.
This letter is simply to say “Thank you.” Dealing with you and with Burnsville Heating and Air Conditioning has been a very pleasant experience. And if there ever was a summer to appreciate an energy efficient, effective air conditioner, this would be the one. Thanks.

Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning has just completed the installation of a new Lennox heating and air conditioning system in our house. We think it’s very important that you know how pleased we are with the installation. The guys were courteous, neat and most importantly, very capable. They stayed and got the job done in one day, not quitting at 4:30, but staying until 7:30 and finishing.
