We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team in Burnsville! Primary duty will be to perform preventative maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, humidifiers and ventilation systems. The HVAC Maintenance Technician will advise customers of potential repairs identified during the maintenance work. Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
- Diagnosing mechanical faults for HVAC Systems
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customer requirements
- Completing accurate notes as to work performed while on each job
