Exceeded My Expectations. Our AC had stopped working and the tech discovered that rodents had chewed the wiring and that it was leaking coolant. Our system was 19 years old and I knew it was about time for replacement, wasn’t excited about it, but it was time. Salesman came out a couple of days later and offered up a couple of options that would fit our house in a couple of different price ranges. We opted for the Daikin System, 96% efficiency furnace and a 16 seer AC, pretty much the most efficient option for our size of home. Of course we didn’t have a ton a money to throw at this, they had some easy finance options for us. Once approved they were out 2 days later to install the entire system. They had a 4 man crew plus an electrician show up at the time they said. The whole thing was done in about 4 hours, which I thought was super fast. During the install they put down cloth tarps over the carpet and cleaned up everything when they were done. It came with a new thermostat which I wasn’t expecting. The salesman said the equipment would be quieter than my old unit, I’ll say it was, you could barely hear it run. You had to walk over to the vents to feel the air coming out to make sure it was on, pretty cool I thought since my old setup was pretty noisy. All in all it was a great experience with Burnsville Heating & AC, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone. I really liked the dealer because they were Easy To Understand, Prompt, Professional, Well Priced, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Quick, Trustworthy.
