Our 5 year old Bryant furnace was not working properly for the time period 12/31/17-1/9/18. This was despite a furnace specialist coming to the house three different times. The final person to come to our house was Ralf Sorenson, the most senior service person at Burnsville Heating. He was able to determine what was causing the problem and was able to order the part, which he felt needed to be replaced. He was absolutely correct in his assessment, put the new part in, and spent deal of time at our home to make certain that our furnace would not cause problems again. Ralf is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We can now leave on our 10 day vacation out of the country and not have to worry about our furnace going out again.
