Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing shipping and receiving, inventory control, fleet maintenance, and more. Positive attitude is a must!

Full list of position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

SHIPPING/RECEIVING
Receive deliveries and stock items in appropriate location in warehouse
-Equipment
-Service Parts
-Filters
-Misc HVAC parts
Unload company vehicles and put away returns
Load equipment and materials into company vehicles
Check out equipment
-RNC and Retro
Pull parts from new construction delivery lists and prepare for delivery

INVENTORY CONTROL
Maintain warehouse inventory
Assist in ordering product/equipment/filters as requested

FLEET MANAGEMENT/MAINTENANCE
Operate/maintain forklift
Schedule maintenance on delivery trucks
Assist in scheduling repairs on company vehicles
Clean company vehicles

COMPUTER DUTIES
Basic computer skills necessary – email, word, excel
Enter job costing into spreadsheet

MISCELLANEOUS WAREHOUSE DUTIES
Build gas trees
Clean restroom
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety

Required Skills

Experience and familiarity of HVAC equipment and materials

Organizational and management skills such as attention to detail, workflow analysis and assessment, strategic planning, implementing decisions, time management, instruction leadership and more

Experience with operating forklifts and other heavy machinery safely

Truck loading / unloading and pick / pack operations experience with and without use of forklifts

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Basic computer skills necessary – email, word, excel

Must be able to work independently and as a team member

Ability to work well under pressure

Strong communication, customer service, and documentation skills

Maintain a professional appearance

Compensation: Based on knowledge and industry experience.
